Dear random parents,
I'm not one to harp on one as to how things run in a household. I don't really care if you "attachment parent" or "Ferberize" your kids. I don't care if you put them in time-out or swat them (of course, as long as it's not in anger). Parenting is stressful and so I am a fan of doing whatever works for your family to minimize the stress. My one request is that you PLEASE pay attention to your child's behavior when in public. If you choose to bring your wild boys to a playground (for instance, the one at Sonic) it would be greatly appreciated if you don't let them trample the toddlers that are hanging around. Please keep them out of my daughter's grill. I don't know you and therefore, don't want you trying to sit on top of my daughter while on the carousel. If you choose to ignore your children and continue enjoying your Route 44 Coke, don't act surprised when I scold your children. Stop living in denial...all moms know if their "angel" is really a hellion.
Sincerely,
Becky
p.s. I hope you enjoyed your corn dog.

WHOA, bitter? What happened?
Hope it was worth it for that gigantic Diet Coke I'm sure you got. And while we're talking about it, why don't you keep your daughter out of my son's grill (the younger son, that is). You know, I'm pretty tired of your shoddy parenting. Parents like you make me sick... sick, sick, sick. And why don't you try putting some clothes on you kid for once. Despicable. I think someone needs a little visit from Supernanny.
Sounds like someone's under a little too much "getting ready to move stress". I've seen Miss Ellie in action & I'm sure she can hold her own, maybe next time you should take her best friend Py to help out with the play-ground bullies.
I have no problem with people we know being in our grill, especially when they are sweet like Ellie (she really loves Sam).
As far as the nudity goes...just wait. All bets are off as soon as the self-undressing begins =)
Becky, hey, I am one of Jenny's roommates from college (I met you at her baby shower at your house) and am addicted to her blog and read yours too (because I is connected to hers). Anyway, this cracked me up!! I think you should send it into the local paper!! Good luck with selling your house!
p.s. thanks for being such a great friend to Jenny!
